Soirée Snackies

I can create a personalized hors d’oeuvre and appetizer menu for standing cocktail parties at your home. There are choices of a variety of one-to-two- bite passed hors d’oeuvres and also stationary platters to please you and your guests. There is the option of adding a personal bartender, for a fee, to pair alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with your food menu and keep the drinks flowing throughout your night. (8 person minimum)

Multi-Course Dinner Menu

We build a custom menu for you and your guests for any occasion. After speaking with you about the expectations, style of party, number of guests, and specifications, I will design a menu for you to approve. Your menu will be based on ingredients in season and is subject to change depending on availability of the best ingredients when it comes time to shop. Most menus will begin with snacks and drinks then follow with a three or four course menu. (8 person minimum)

$110/person + cost of ingredients 

Tasting Menu

For special occasions, this more upscale style menu will be a great fit for you and your guests. This menu is for the true gourmands that desire a multi-course experience complete with beautiful plating and exquisite flavors. The menu will be customized for your event but will follow the standard order of the tasting menu featuring an array of dishes and a few surprises along the way. Wine and drink pairings are available for an additional fee. (8 person minimum)

$125/person + cost of ingredients

Policies

Please inform me of any food allergies, aversions, and dietary restrictions in advance so that we can assure an excellent experience for you and your guests.

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due immediately after the initial phone conversation. The first draft of the custom menu will be sent once the deposit is received. Larger parties may require a larger deposit.

I will absolutely cook dinners for 2 to 7 people, but a minimum chef fee must be met. Speak with me about what’s best for pricing.

The price is based per person and includes all fees for my services. I will plan, shop, prep, cook, serve, and clean up for your event.

The price does not include the cost of ingredients.

The fee for the ingredients, any additional items, and/or servers needed for the dinner is added to the final bill and due on the day of the event. The price of the ingredients will depend on the menu you decide on. Just let me know if you have a specific budget for your dinner.

Gratuity is optional.

If there is a server needed or requested, usually for parties 12 or more, there will be a flat $250 fee per server added.

If a bartender or sommelier is requested, there will be a flat $300 fee per bartender/sommelier plus the cost of their supplies if needed.

No refunds for the deposit will be granted for cancellations or date changes.

Should I be forced to withdraw from the event, I will refund the deposit in full.
